Full Office to Serve Our Clients
Precision Accounting operates out of our office in Dundas and can also meet with you at your location. In August 2007 Precision Accounting moved into a larger space to better accommodate our growing business and the needs of our clients. We look forward to welcoming you to our Dundas office or meeting you at your business under special circumstances.

Tracy Holmes, CPA CGA.
A Chartered Professional Accountant & Certified General Accountant, Tracy is owner of Precision Accounting Professional Corporation, Dundas, Ontario.
Tracy Holmes, CPA, CGA
Originally having started her first bookkeeping job over 30 years ago and never looking back. Tracy is not only the second set of eyes to every file but takes great pride in helping clients get their optimal returns through personal and corporate financial planning. She takes the time to make sure her clients understand their individual financial and tax situations and help them plan for the future to make the best decisions for optimal tax strategies to keep your money in your pocket and out of the governments.
Although Tracy truly does enjoy her job, she enjoys time with her family even more, namely her 3 sons who keep her busy and either inside hockey arenas or basketball gyms. Of course, we cannot forget Lexie (golden retriever) her side kick and the mascot of Precision Accounting.

Susan Correa
While spending time helping Susan become more proficient with Quickbooks as an outside bookkeeper it was apparent that Susan was meant to be part of the Precision family and joined the team in 2012. Since then she has provided numerous clients with her superb commitment always going the extra mile to make sure her clients are well taken care of.
Along with her husband Mike, Susan has raised 3 wonderful young men. The musical talents that come from this family always make dinner parties a fun occasion. As if she was not already outnumbered, the addition of Fergus (hairy young male with 4 legs) has further added to the adventures of the Correa’s.

Janet Linton
Janet has been our admin Queen since 2016. She keeps everyone inside and outside the office organized and knowing which way is up and makes us all look good! Although this is a special talent, she also takes care of payroll needs and has previously done most of everything that our office provides so can answer most questions and guide you in the right direction.
Janet has a talent of keeping us organized while still helping her husband run the family business of Comfort First Heating and Cooling, raise two brilliant children turned adults and volunteers with the Canadian Cancer Society, Makeshift Robotics and with her church. Fear not, Stella the schnauzer keeps Janet and crew all in line.

Stephanie Lucas
Originally meeting Stephanie through a mutual acquaintance that spoke extremely highly of her, it was clear with her work ethic, proficient competency, and her calling for attention to detail that Precision Accounting must be the next place she called home. After joining the team in 2021 she quickly worked her way to employee of the month, month after month (even if some months it was self-professed 😉). Stephanie not only can work through the mundane of tasks that excite every bookkeeper, but is ongoingly thinking outside of the box with how our clients can tax strategize and lower costs. She has already saved some of our clients thousands of dollars in the short period of time she has been here. She even doesn’t mind the shackles that she is tied to the desk with – to quote the eagles “you can check out anytime you want, but you can never leave.” She’s a keeper and we’re so proud to call her part of our Precision family!
In her free time (odd time shackles are removed), Stephanie spends with her boyfriend debating music genres (yes, 80’s music is the best period) or with her favorite 4-legged family members that don’t argue back. You can also find her at the gym, or reading a good book to quench her thirst for knowledge.

Ryan Holmes
Originally starting in the family business in 2016 and proving himself to be a wonderful asset(pun intended), Ryan had other aspirations for his future but after his first year of taking business he discovered how naturally the accounting side came to him and the interest was sparked. Same story as his mother, only 30 years later. In his young years Ryan has already proven to be extremely proficient and catches on to instruction with ease. While keeping up with his studies Ryan devotes as many hours as possible with the office especially around the hectic tax season which we are all grateful for.
When the snow flies Ryan tries to get out to Whistler as soon as possible but will settle for Blue Mountain in a pinch to snowboard. During the summer he is somehow on the water in the boat doing one sport or the other or relaxing by the pool. Either way he’s always on the go but still finds time to spend with his two brothers and favourite blonde (Lexie – golden retriever).

Maureen Magas (In memory)
As the first official employee of Precision Accounting, when Tracy decided to expand the business Maureen was the first person that came to mind of someone to bring into her home office and trust her clients with. Side by side Maureen and Tracy moved the business to Napier Street N and the team grew from there. Maureen was extremely thoughtful and caring to each and every client that she worked on. Unfortunately, she was taken from us far too soon. Maureen will forever be part of our family at Precision Accounting, dearly missed but forever providing smiles from the memories she left us with.
